UC series with top thread outer spherical bearing

  Our company produces UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series) and their deformation products SB (UB) 200 series with top thread outer spherical ball bearings. There are two top threads on this type of outer spherical bearing, with an angle of 120 °. Its characteristic is that when cooperating with the shaft, the top threads are used to push against the shaft and then have a fixing effect. The operating environment requires a small oscillation scale. Applied to shafts with high stiffness and deflection, this type of bearing is equipped with sealing rings on both sides to tightly prevent dirt from entering. It is filled with an appropriate amount of lubricant before leaving the factory and does not need to be cleaned or lubricated before installation. UC200 bearing is the most widely used type of outer spherical bearing, which can be used with various types of bearing seats in various machinery. The UC300 series can withstand larger loads than the UC200 series coaxial diameter size, and is suitable for use with various types of bearing seats in machinery with high loads.
