    4 specific ways to deal with high temperature in deep groove ball bearings

    When the temperature of deep groove ball bearings is too high, the first step is to determine whether there is a misoperation. If there is indeed an increase, the following measures should be taken: (1) Check if the cooling water pressure, flow, and piping system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be due to filter blockage that cannot be dealt with in a timely manner. The machine can be stopped for processing, and when it is confirmed to be working, it can be put back into use. (2) The oil pressure of the governor should be checked, as low oil pressure may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close. (3) Check for any abnormal noise from the bearings and inspect for any abnormal runout of the deep groove ball bearings. (4) Take an oil sample and observe whether there is any change in oil color, and conduct a laboratory test to see if it has deteriorated. If deterioration is confirmed, the machine should be stopped and replaced with new oil. (5) Check if the oil level on the oil gauge is normal. If not, check if the oil tank drain valve is tightly closed. If it has been tightly closed, oil should be replenished. If the sealing gasket leaks oil, the machine should be stopped for treatment. When using deep groove ball bearings, if we find that the temperature is very high, we should stop the equipment immediately, identify the cause, and follow the solutions provided above. However, the solution may vary due to different reasons for the heating of deep groove ball bearings, so it is still necessary to treat the situation specifically and complete it with the help of technical personnel. (1) Fat filling method The so-called grease filling method is to regularly fill the working surface of the bearing with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease, which is a commonly used grease lubrication method. (2) Oil cup method The oil cup method is to install a screw cap or pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, and periodically rotate the screw cap or inject grease with an oil gun. This is also a commonly used method of grease lubrication. (3) Pressure lipogenesis method The pressure grease supply method relies on a grease pump to supply grease. At this time, lubricating grease with good fluidity should be selected. (4) Centralized fat supply method The centralized grease supply method uses a grease pump to simultaneously supply grease to various deep groove ball bearings and other components. Similarly, at this time, lubricating grease with good flowability, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance should be selected, which is also a pressure grease supply method
